Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Stratify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. What Stratify is — and isn't

Stratify provides general business setup guidance, checklists, and AI-generated suggestions based on the information you supply. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Requirements vary by city, state, and industry and change over time. Always verify filings, licenses, and tax obligations with the relevant government agency or a licensed professional before acting.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use Stratify for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute generated plans as your own commercial product.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

6. Your content

You own the business information you enter and the plans generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Stratify running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for business decisions made based on generated guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
