1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.
• Business information — the answers you give in the questionnaire, such as business type, location, and stage, plus the roadmaps and plans generated for you.
• Usage information — pages viewed, features used, and errors encountered, so we can improve the product.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to generate your personalized roadmap, run the AI coach and agents, manage your account and subscription, send transactional and onboarding emails, provide support, and keep the service secure and reliable.

3. AI processing

Stratify uses AI models to generate plans, instructions, and coaching answers. Relevant parts of your business profile are sent to our AI provider to produce these responses. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Stratify — hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, and AI inference — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

5. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are salted and hashed by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text. Your business data is stored in an encrypted database protected by row-level security policies, so records are only readable by the account that owns them. Secrets and API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal and business data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@stratifyserv.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

8. Children

Stratify is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
